Topic: Managing a Business

Conflict within the workplace is inevitable. Conflict normally is highly counterproductive and toxic to most organizations and organizational members but that doesn’t mean it has to be. In fact, one of the objectives of this presentation is to help organizations and organizational members make conflict a productive attribute of the organization. The current presentation seeks to explain the following 7 important facets of “working with conflict”: 1) What is conflict? 2) What are the two main types of conflict? 3) How can conflict be healthy? 4) How do we remove the stigma of conflict? 5) How can organizations, and organizational members, resolve conflict? 6) What is the importance of a mutually acceptable agreement? 7) Where do organizations and organizational members go from here?
