As the workplace continues to evolve so must the way that organizations handle the new “entrants” into the workplace. The exodus of older workers and the in-flux of newer entrants of employees can create a myriad of significant issues for the organization. The purpose of this seminar is to identify how the current “generational attrition” presents important issues between current, older, workers and the newer, Millennials. Specifically, we will identify some of the idiosyncrasies in regards to working with Millennials and provides some practical solutions for management on how to “best” manage these situations in a way that will foster a positive organizational culture. This seminar is hosted by the Twin Cities Chamber of Commerce and will be held at The Keg Banquet Room. A buffet lunch will be provided for $10/person payable to the Twin Cities Chamber of Commerce.
