Successful businesses require strong leaders. However, leadership isn’t just management or control strategies. What makes an effective leader? Join Dr. Melynda Conner on August 27th to explore key leadership traits, habits, and skills, and how you can develop these within yourself. In this interactive workshop, participants will take steps toward developing a personal leadership philosophy, building emotional intelligence, and ensuring their credibility is apparent to others.
Dr. Conner is an Instructor of Business Communication for the College of Business at Austin Peay State University.
