Build your conflict toolbox on July 30 with Dr. Melynda Conner as she shares proven strategies for managing conflict in the workplace. In this interactive workshop, participants will discuss types of conflict, how to discuss rather than debate, which conflict management styles are most appropriate for given situations, how to organize conflict discussions, and what strategies to use to gain understanding with others. Strengthen your business relationships by turning conflicts into puzzles to be solved together.
