This discussion builds on session one by taking a deeper dive into how to leverage the benefits of e-commerce across your entire business by building a flywheel between marketing and customer acquisition, customer feedback and data, and your product development efforts. We'll start with a walk through how to ensure you have a solid e-commerce storefront you can direct traffic to and how to build a marketing campaign with an eye towards long term growth. From there we'll cover how you can glean data from your customers and marketing efforts to feed back into your business and improve your customer experience.
