Danny is based in Maury County where he serves the Maury, Perry, Hickman, Lewis, Wayne, Lawrence and Giles counties. Danny is a "military brat" born in Boston, MA but grew up in Knoxville, TN. Danny began his career working for his father-in-law's Fresno, CA painting contractor business as the Operations Manager. Since then, Danny has worked for several small businesses in a management role, eventually serving as the Chief Operations Officer for a Nashville-based real estate developer before marketing his management and operations experience to other small businesses under his consulting brand: Redbeard Consulting. Danny has presented to groups throughout the area on small business management, leadership development, technology solutions, and more. While creating content for and consulting with small business CEO's across the country, Danny had a strong desire to serve more directly in his local community which led him the the TSBDC. Danny is married with two children and is an active member of his community in Columbia, TN where he hosts “Made In Maury” - a podcast produced by the Maury Alliance, is a Maury Leadership 2019 Alumni, Columbia Noon Rotary member, and currently serves on the Columbia Arts Council. He also serves as the Training Director for Cowork Columbia - the area's first entrepreneur center - where he oversees the development of small group training events for current and future small business owners.
