Jessica has worked for over a decade in the field of human resources and talent development. The majority of her experience was built at Bridgestone Americas, where she held roles such as a Human Resource Generalist, Training Specialist, and Manager of Technical Training/Performance. She also worked as a project associate with Middle Tennessee State University's COHRE for organizations including Comdata, Nashville Airport Authority, and Rutherford County.
