You may understand the basics of the hiring and retaining talent, but how do you put these principles into action? Our interactive workshop “Best Practices in Talent Development” will take your learning about the employee life cycle to the next level. Together, we will work through writing job descriptions, designing interviews, building training/onboarding and creating a strong business structure.

Jessica has worked for over a decade in the field of human resources and talent development. The majority of her experience was built at Bridgestone Americas, where she held roles such as a Human Resource Generalist, Training Specialist, and Manager of Technical Training/Performance.
