This seminar will teach you how to construct a marketing plan for your organization. A marketing plan is not a review of research but instead, an investigation of realities, new discoveries, opportunities, and strengths to facilitate effective strategies that will navigate the way to increased effectiveness, profits, market share, and unification of one’s talents, resources, and workforce. To help you design, develop, and deploy an effective marketing strategy, we will review current marketing strategies and practices including the 4P's of marketing (Product, Placement, Promotion and Price), SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threat), Porter's and PEST (Political, Economic, Social, and Technical) analysis, learn how to identify and promote to the optimal customer segment, and create your own unique elevator speech.
