A business plan is critical for small businesses (especially those that are seeking funding). This class is for those that have identified who, what, when, how, and where they are selling but need guidance with putting it on paper. From the ground up, we will cover the fundamentals of writing a business plan and then guide you in an interactive, group-setting workshop. Whether you’re just starting your business, or you’re refocusing your mature business, this course is for you. While not required, it is recommended that attendees bring their drafted business plan, take notes, and make edits during the workshop. Attendees will walk away from this workshop with the tools and resources they need to complete their business plan.
