Every small business owner hopes to grow his/her company to the point that others -- independent contractors, interns, part- or full-time employees – will be needed in order to fully prosper. But with increasing commitments comes an increasing range of legal obligations and risks. In this program, we will explore the primary human resource challenges faced by growing small businesses and offer practical suggestions on how to successfully address them.
