There will be a general overview of the components of a standard business plan. The following sections will be discussed: Executive Summary/Mission Statement; General Company Description; Products and Services; Marketing Plan; Operational Plan; Management and Organization; Personal Financial Statement; Startup Expenses and Capitalization; Financial Plan; Appendices and any variations for your particular business situation.
