Jacqueline Merritt with the U.S. Small Business Administration will present updated information on the Affordable Care Act as it relates to small businesses. She will cover the criteria used to determine the obligation to cover employees under the Act. An overview of the various methods available to purchase coverage for employees will also be given. This event will take place in the Technology building on the Cleveland State Community College campus in room 130.
