Hosted by Tennessee Small Business Center at Roane State Community College Presenter: Jake Morrill Bio: Jake Morrill helps leaders unlock their potential by teaching the power of relationships. A coach and teacher working with business leaders and non-profit leaders, he equips teams to navigate complexity and build resilience. His leadership spans continents and challenges. In South Africa, he founded a youth program uniting students from 27 schools. Over 19 years of ministry in East Tennessee, he revitalized a divided congregation into a force for good in the community. As a U.S. Army Reserve Chaplain, he earned recognition for excellence under pressure. With degrees from Harvard Divinity School and the Iowa Writers’ Workshop, and licensure as a marriage and family therapist, Jake bridges theory and practice. As faculty at the Bowen Center for the Study of the Family, he teaches a course for business leaders, applying family systems theory to leadership. The author of five books, Jake inspires leaders to lead with courage and clarity. He lives in East Tennessee, enjoying life in the Smoky Mountains with his wife Molly and their two teenagers.
