She is currently the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager for the Knoxville Utilities Board where she is able to align her profession with her passion.
Paul Boyles, Executive Coaching, LLC Paul Boyles is an Executive Coach who is a highly talented human resources professional with a broad range of experience in manufacturing, service industries, hospitality, and government. Paul holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from the University of Scranton. During his long career in HR he was part of a group of HR leaders who founded a SHRM affiliated chapter in South Jersey and has served on the board for the Loudon Monroe HR association as a board member and President. He has volunteered time to assist with the Blount Partnership’s Success in 90 program.
