Small Business Tax Planning

There is an old cliché that addresses two certainties in life – “Death and Taxes!” As a small business owner, under our current Federal and State tax codes, this should be restated in chronological order to say, there are three certainties – “Taxes, Death and more Taxes!” This session will address the tax responsibilities for new and existing business owners, what must you pay along with the penalties for not complying. We will address ways to minimize taxes and avoid non-compliance penalties.
