This program is an extension of the "Google-ize Your Business" program. Bring your laptop, Gmail account, business address, and phone number. You will learn how to set up your Google accounts to enrich your business with Google Maps, Google Search, and Google Plus. You will learn the importance of Name, Address, Phone, the effectiveness of getting reviews and monitoring reviews on Google. You will learn how to use the "Google My Business dashboard".

You will not be able to participate in the program if you fail to bring the laptop, Gmail account, business address and phone number. If you need assistance with the Gmail account, contact the Knoxville TSBDC (loverstreet@tsbdc.org) and we will forward instructions. The TSBDC Center follows the Pellissippi State Community College snow delay and closing schedule.
