Minority Enterprise Development (MED) Week (September 19-25, 2021) highlights minority businesses and the resources that help them grow.
Join us for an organized conversation co-moderated by Aundrea Salyer (Executive Director of KOSBE) and Adam Dickson (Executive Director of Langston Centre), along with three chosen minority-owned businesses that bring a variety of perspectives to entrepreneurship, and an audience who may simply observe or participate by asking questions.
Also, hear about local, state and federal resources to help potential and existing minority entrepreneurs including but not limited to:
- Small Business Development Center
- Accelerator Program
- Sources of Capital
- Entrepreneur Center
- Co-Working Space
Featured Minority Businesses:
- Tyrone Mitchell - Technically Aesthetic Construction (Johnson City, TN)
- Alicia Camp & Esther Rodolphe - Sister's Cravings Juice Bar & Grill (Kingsport, TN)
- Kelly Cole - Publishing Advantage Group (Bristol, TN)
