Brown Edwards will be presenting a brief overview of the PPP Loan process and legislative history, up through the most recent interim rule and forgiveness application changes made by SBA. Also being discussed is the heart of the matter: How PPP loans and loan forgiveness will be reported on both a business’ financial statements and tax return and how to plan for the ramifications of forgiveness.
