Branding Yourself on LinkedIn
Developing a unique professional identity online is called branding. Most businesses have a brand, but many business professionals do not brand themselves as industry leaders leaders. Proper personal branding will set you apart from others in your industry - with your skills, strengths,and experience using key words will make a difference for you and your company. In this interactive workshop, you will learn some steps to take to develop a professional brand for yourself on LinkedIn. Participants are encouraged to bring their laptops to follow along improving and updating your current LinkedIn profile while in the workshop. Cindy Hagemann will lead this workshop, she has been coaching and training business professionals how to utilize LinkedIn since 2008. Speaker Bio: Cindy Hagemann is a marketing consultant who is passionate about LinkedIn. She has been training business professionals and college students how to utilize the benefits of LinkedIn since 2008. Her LinkedIn training portfolio ranges from large corporations like Eastman Chemical Company to small non-profit organizations. She continues to spread her knowledge about LinkedIn in the business and education community and is often referred to as the “LinkedIn Lady”.
