The free event, “Services for Those Who Have Served,” will feature remarks by Congressman Roe and will include representatives of federal agencies and service providers on site. The program is presented by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Mississippi State Veterans Business Outreach Center (VBOC), the Munsey Memorial United Methodist Church, Johnson City Housing Authority, Tennessee Small Business Development Center at East Tennessee State University and other Veterans Support Service organizations. The main speaker will be Bob Seitz, with Mississippi State University’s Business Outreach Center (VBOC), who will deliver information on a program called “Boots to Business”.
