Finding the right employee can be extremely difficult, costly, and frustrating for organizations. Attrition rates in industries like retail and fast-food exceed 150% and can even approach 200%. The reason for this centers around a cultural shift in the employment relationship that managers and employees have failed to recognize and implement.
