True Colors provides an ideal method for choosing, mixing and motivating the team members, so that they will perform at their best in an interactive, supportive, creative, and responsible manner. In the True Colors Introduction Workshop, you history and background of True Colors, your personality spectrum, a look into the perspectives of each personality type, and an understanding of how True Colors can be leveraged for team building in your organization.
