The Tennessee Small Business Development Center at Tennessee Tech University and the Smith County Chamber of Commerce are helping small businesses grow their presence online with Let’s Put Our Cities on the Map workshops, which will feature a lesson about Getting Found on Google Search and Google Maps. Google trained TSBDC representatives will be on-hand on October 14th, 2015 at the Smith County Chamber of Commerce from 11 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to assist business owners with getting their business registered with Google for free. A quick presentation explaining the process and its benefits will be held at 12 p.m., 2 p.m., & 4 p.m. for business owners who want to learn more about the process. Registration is not required, but encouraged to help determine the number of attendees expected.
