As entrepreneurs, we do not always feel that we are good at selling, or perhaps we are more interested in developing, presenting or delivering products than in actually selling them. How do we get better at assuming the role of the salesperson and getting more orders?

We can break down the sales process in different phases and sometimes it is only as strong as the weakest link. By systematically going through all of our sub-processes in sales, we can find new ways to strengthen the sales chain.

Attendees will learn 12 tasks to be good at when selling!

This workshop is based on curriculum from GrowthWheel®. GrowthWheel® is a toolbox for Decision-making in startup and growth companies. It helps entrepreneurs Get Focus, Set Agenda, Make Decisions, and Take Action.
