Negotiating Subcontracts Agreements, with Baker Donelson

Small business owners consistently ask how they can best position their company's interest in negotiating subcontracts agreements within the federal procurement supply chain. During this seminar, you will gain fundamental understanding of critical contract terms that should be included in all subcontracts, contract-specific flow-downs and strategies for negotiating.

Speaker(s): Mr. Jimmie B. Strong, Associate - Baker Donelson. Mr. Strong has a J.D. from Harvard Law School. Mr. Strong's mergers and acquisitions experience includes drafting, deal-structuring, due diligence and other business advisory services in connection with domestic and cross-border asset purchase and stock purchase transactions. Mr. Strong's emerging companies experience includes advising early stage companies in entity formation and conversion, evaluation of venture capital interest and alternatives to raise capital, protection of intellectual property and strategic growth. Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Mr. Strong worked with the Georgia General Assembly as an intern in the Banking, Economic Development and Regulated Industries Committees and served as a summer analyst in the International Trade and Finance Section of the Library of Congress.
