FREE SMALL BUSINESS ENTREPRENEUR SEMINAR As an entrepreneur, one may well feel that you need to “get down on our knees and beg” when it comes to working with a bank. But banks live by lending money and they are constantly in competition with other banks to win new customers. So how can we prepare ourselves to go to the bank and get both the necessary line of credit and the best terms? Aundrea Wilcox, KOSBE Executive Director and TSBDC at ETSU Senior Business Counselor will discuss the contents of a bank binder with all the documentation that banks typically ask their clients for, including but not limited to:  Business Plan  Financial Projections  Marketing Strategy  Team Biography This will be followed by Q&A with a bank expert panel: Greg Perdue, Commercial Banking Relationship Manager, First Tennessee; Larry Estepp, President, Citizens Bank; and Ted Fields, Senior Vice President Market Executive, Powell Valley National Bank. Don't miss this chance to understand a banker's perspective on the loan application process and get your burning questions answered! This is a free event; but pre-registration is required. We will provide a light healthy lunch for seminar attendees.
