Topic: Managing a Business

This is an interactive, hands-on training seminar with group collaboration suited for existing businesses that want to grow. This Focus Area is about selecting which customer segments to serve, prioritization of key customers, customizing your products, communicating to various segments, and building a customer pipeline. Modules that will be covered include: • Customer segments • Favorite customers • Customization • Lead generation • Customer persona Each participant will receive activity worksheets for every module, to work on their own unique business in small group format. Pre-registration required.
