2016
Thu 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Topic: Business Basics

The need for providing sound perimeter security is more important now than ever in today’s business environment – accidents, theft, protection, Human Resource issues, etc. However, many security personnel are not sure if their current systems (cameras/access control) are sufficient or even where to start. Lack of personnel, network infrastructure convergence, resolution needs, and cost are but a few of the issues that security teams face today. . This event will focus on: • Why businesses are ill prepared to tackle surveillance and access control issues. • The complexity of security system management and the need for centralization. • What to consider with current security systems/measures and how to integrate • Industry Specific Issues and Options (Healthcare, Public Transit, Manufacturing, Education, etc). • Surveillance Analytics – Proactive and Self Learning. The cost is free, however registration will be necessary. Lunch will be provided and all attendees will be entered to win a GoPro camera!
