A TSBDC counselor is available on the 1st Tuesday of each month at the Elizabethton / Carter county Chamber of Commerce to discuss issues related to business expansion and new business start-up. Available at the Chamber Offices is a business computer that can be used for online training courses and developing your business plan. Counseling appointments can be made by calling the Chamber Office at 423-547-3850
